How we work
Changing a visit
Please give us 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a visit. If something comes up at the last minute, call us.
Clean needles
We use sterile, single-use needles, open them in front of you and discard them in a sharps container after one use. Cups and surfaces are cleaned between patients.
Herb safety
Bring us a list of everything you take before we recommend any herb. Herbs can interact with medicines. We tell you what is in each formula.
Access
If you use a wheelchair or walker, or if a scent bothers you, tell us when you book so we can set the room before you arrive.
Your privacy
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Our privacy page explains what this website does with a message.
PrivacyRunning late
If you are late, we will do what we can in the time left and tell you what we could not fit in.
